Not all backcountry skiers want a tech binding with a ski brake.  Although very useful, they do add weight to the equation and an extra step to the transition process.  The G3 Coiled Ski Leash gives you another option for skiing safely in the remote backcountry in the case of falling and potentially loosing your ski in deep powder or having the ski run away from you and never being able to retrieve it.  Simple and straightforward, the G3 Leash is a coiled cable with a carabiner-style clip. Attach one side to your bindings and the other to your boots to ensure you will head home skis-in-hand. Included in the kit are two leashes and two cable circles for attaching to your boots.
