Built and designed with the same bells and whistles as the Look Pivot 15 bindings, the Look Pivot 18 features the highest DIN setting available with an impressive 18 maximum DIN setting.  These clamps are for by far the most aggressive and progressive skiers out there today who are pushing the limits of what can done on skis in the air on the ground. The all-metal reinforced toepiece combined with the classic turntable heel results in fewer instances of pre-releasing and offers the ability to set bindings at lower release values.  The toe piece has four points of contact with the boot providing maximum power transmission. The toe has 180 degrees of multi-directional release capability. It has a high level of vertical and lateral elastic travel (40mm) which provides for shock absorption and reduces inadvertent release. It also has the widest AFD on the market with a 72mm Teflon piece. There is a low ramp angle. The toe piece has one of the widest mounting zones available which is perfect for wider skis.
Lastly, the coveted Turntable heel piece has 3 points of contact that firmly hold the boot heel and rotate the boot directly under the tibia. A short mounting zone provides deeper, rounder, more consistent ski flexing, turning, and floating and carving through all conditions.  True expert skiers looking for the pinnacle of binding performance should look no further than the Look Pivot 18 Binding.
