The Nordica Unleashed 98 Trees ski is a close to being a twin sibling to its Unleashed 98 Ice brother as you can get. Essentially the same the ski construction wise, its available in smaller sizes for ladies or for tweeners, giving them the same all-mountain, freestyle flair that the original Unleashed 98 is known for. With a cool new “Trees” top sheet, the ski has a tremendous amount of energy and pop in and out turns and in the air as well. This is due to the ski’s unique construction, which is highlighted by terrain specific metal. The size and shape of the metal is engineered based on each ski length and width specific to size. Also in the ski construction is a wood core, which in combination with metal provides tremendous edge hold and dampens vibrations to smooth out rough stuff underneath you. Its rocker profile eats up variable snow conditions and provides an intuitive feel for playful, slashy skiing. The Unleashed 98 has traditional camber underfoot, providing great edge grip on firm snow and ice.
