Our shipping rates are based on order total. For shipping within the 48 contiguous states, all orders over $75 ship via UPS for FREE. We also offer free local pickup if you are near us in Northern Vermont.
We have a separate rate table for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Contact us for details.
We do not ship outside of the United States or Canada.
All orders received will ship by the end of the next business day. Our shipping options include free local pickup or USPS Parcel Select or Priority Mail. If you require 2-Day or Overnight shipping, please call us at 802-253-4531.
MountainOps is here to please you. If, after use, an item is unsatisfactory in any way, please call us and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.
Sale Items : All sales of items on clearance or "on sale" are final.
With a few exceptions: (note that we do not accept returns on sale items, base layers, swimwear, heat molded boots, drilled skis or bindings that have been mounted) all purchases may be returned within 14 days for full refund. Between 15 and 30 days from purchase, items may be exchanged or store credit will be issued on returns. Please note that there is up to a $30 restocking fee on returned clothing, skis, and boots. and a $100 restocking fee will be charged on returned bicycles. The item must be in unused condition and in original packaging and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Note that we are responsible for return shipping costs and the restocking fee will be waived if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
After 30 Days, all sales are final.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Recycle Your Packaging!
Often our shipments are mailed in packaging that we recycle from our shop. If you should need to make a return, we strongly encourage you to reuse the packaging when you ship it back to us. If you're satisfied with your product, please reuse the packaging or make sure that it is put into the proper place so that it can be recycled. It makes a difference!
