The adult Hestra Heli Ski Mitt is where is where it all began for Hestra decades ago with making mittens specifically for heli ski operations, most exclusively for Mike Wiegele Heli Skiing in Canada.  Since then, it’s been their most iconic and famous glove.  Now the same exact glove is made for kids in smaller sizes to keep them warm, dry and comfortable all day on the slopes.  With treated and rugged goat skin leather on the outside   with weather resistant 3-layer Polyamide.  Inside there is a fleece warmer made with G-Loft insulation for extra warmth and the liner is removable for warmer days.  A handy wrist strap is critical for kids to keep mittens attached to them so there no chance of losing them. Mittens as you may or may know keep the hand much warmer than a finger glove, allowing all the fingers to come together to increase blood flow and retain more heat.
