The storm of the season has finally ended last night and we received 2 feet plus in the upper elevations of the backcountry. The snow is deep, dense and quite surfy. Our first "Skin and Sip" event of the season went down last night at 5:30pm at the Midway parking lot. We skinned up Gondlolier and the conditions were quite dreamy. We were greeted with a fantastic sunset to cap off the evening. We will be doing this each and every Wednesday evening for the remainder of the ski season. Please join us for a prompt 5:30pm start and feel free to BYOB your own beverage of choice to celebrate your turns earned.
Conditions today remain spectacular, but make sure you get on it as we have the dreaded “R” word in the forecast the next coupe of days. Hopefully the higher elevations remain all snow. Cross your fingers and toes for this one.
