The Ortovox Casale Shorts for Men were designed for climbers who were looking for short that is just built differently than most others, and this case, the Casale are constructed with a hemp and organic cotton mix.  This type of construction gives a big nod to sustainability while still providing great comfort and freedom of movement. For craggy terrain and steep rock faces, these shorts are built to last and are extremely scuff resistant when you rub against rock and abrasive surfaces, featuring Shield Tec material in high stress areas. Merino wool on the inside provides comfort as well as odor fighting micro- climate control.  The higher cut of the elastic waistband means that, the back area always remains well protected, even under a climbing harness. A concealed zipper pocket on the thigh is positioned so that it’s always easy to access, even with a climbing harness on.  For hard core climbers or the casual enthusiast, the Ortovox Casale Shorts for Men will be there for your most demanding moves on rock faces or technical trail.
