Product description

The Phaenom FS 01 80 A is designed to welcome skiers into the world of freeskiing with confidence, comfort, and control. Tuned specifically for intermediate all-mountain skiers and younger riders, this boot offers an approachable flex that makes progression feel natural—supportive enough to build good habits, forgiving enough to keep skiing fun. It’s a boot that encourages exploration, whether that means cruising groomers, dipping into variable snow, or trying something new for the first time.

Central to its feel is Phaenom’s hybrid cabrio / overlap construction, which blends the secure, close fit of an overlap boot with the smooth, progressive flex of a 3-piece design. This hybrid approach delivers predictable power transfer and gentle shock absorption, helping skiers stay balanced and composed through turns, terrain changes, and small landings. The clean two-buckle layout keeps things simple, intuitive, and easy to manage.

Comfort and longevity are built into every detail. The patent-pending Phaenom Strap adds elastic rebound and refined flex control, smoothing out skier input while reducing harsh impacts. Inside, a cushioned PU foam liner insole provides lasting comfort and support for full days on snow. Underfoot, the shock-absorbing GripWalk sole reduces vibration and fatigue while improving walking comfort off the skis. Finished in Phaenom’s purposeful all-black design, every component is engineered to be repairable, reusable, and recyclable—thoughtful design that grows with the skier.
