At the core is a 38 x 33 mm ZipFoam™ midsole, tuned to provide deep impact attenuation while retaining a responsive, energetic feel. This high-volume platform isolates the foot from sharp trail features while maintaining enough structure for confident foot placement. The integrated rocker geometry promotes forward progression, reducing fatigue and enabling a fluid stride across varied terrain.
Underfoot, a Vibram® Megagrip outsole paired with 4 mm lugs ensures dependable traction in mixed conditions. The compound is selected for its adhesion on wet rock, loose dirt, and hardpack, while the lug pattern supports braking control and uphill grip on steeper, more technical lines.
The upper system is designed for performance in variable environments. A breathable, lightweight construction works alongside the FKT insole, which utilizes closed-cell foam to minimize water absorption and accelerate drainage.
