Underneath, the Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Litebase and Traction Lug technology ensures best-in-class grip across wet rocks, dry gravel, loose scree, and muddy switchbacks. The Litebase platform reduces rubber thickness by 50%—cutting outsole weight by 30%—and the Traction Lug geometry increases surface contact by 50%, boosting braking power and propulsion by up to 25%.
